Seros, LLC · early access
Seros turns the scattered asks in your chat, inbox, and meetings into clear, assigned, tracked tasks — drafted by AI, owned by a human. Less time deciding who does what. More time doing it.
Delegation is a discipline. We made it a system.
The problem
Every small team loses hours in the same places: a request buried in a thread, a task nobody owns, a status nobody can find, the same instructions typed again for the third time. Project tools assume the work is already defined. The expensive part is defining it.
Asks arrive in chat, email, calls, and tickets. Most never become a task at all.
“Someone should…” is not an assignment. Work without an owner does not move.
The person doing the work rebuilds the background every single time.
How it works
Connect the places work is asked for. Seros reads the request, not just the words.
It writes the task: outcome, context, acceptance criteria, effort, and a first pass at priority.
It proposes an owner based on skills, load, and history. A human confirms — always.
Nudges, status roll-ups, and a weekly view of what actually moved.
A human approves every assignment. Seros drafts and proposes; your team decides. We are not building an autopilot for your business, and we say so in our terms.
Who it is for
Principles
| We will | We will not |
|---|---|
| Process your content only to run the service for you. | Sell your data, or share it for advertising. |
| Keep a human in the loop on assignment and priority. | Let a model take consequential action unsupervised. |
| Name every subprocessor, and tell you before we add one. | Allow model providers to train on your content by default. |
| Let you export and delete your data. | Claim certifications we do not hold. |
The long version: Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors, Security.
